ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROGRAMMES
(For Anglophone Candidates only)
Five O’level or its equivalent passes at credit level including Mathematics and English Language not more than two sittings, awaiting result of WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, etc may also be considered for admission.
PASS MARK The minimum pass mark in ay course/subject shall be 50%.
- Courses shall normally be graded by a combination of mark percentage and grade letters translated into a graduated system of grade point equivalents;
- Each course shall be graded out of a maximum of 100marks and assigned appropriate letter grade which shall then be assigned its appropriate grade point equivalent as follows:

80 – 100 A 5 First Class
70 – 79 B 4 Second Class Upper
60 – 69 C 3 Second Class Lower
55 – 59 D 2 Third Class
50 – 54 E 1 Pass
- For the purpose of determining a students’ academic standing at the end of every semester, the Grade Point Average (GPA) system shall be used. The credit point for a course shall be computed multiplying the number of units for the course by the grade point equivalent of the mark scored in that course.
